When ordering a product on Part-Box there are 3 different types of availability statuses that you will see upon clicking on a product page. Here is a brief explanation of what each of these statuses mean and how they can differ your ordering process:
Status Checked Upon Ordering
This status indicates that you will get an update of the availability of the product upon ordering. One of our specialized sales members will check the stock of the item and you'll receive an e-mail of if the item is in stock or how long it's going to take to deliver to you. Typically, most items will be in stock in one of our international offices, which means that the item will take 2-3 days to get to you. In certain circumstances, products may have to be specially made and ordered from international suppliers, these could take a few weeks to be delivered to you. This status indicates that the item you are ordering is in stock within our warehouse. The item will be shipped to you today (If you order before 3pm, working days only.) and will often be delivered to you the next working day, depending on the delivery option chosen.
Out Of Stock
Out of stock means that the product is out of stock in all of our offices and may take anywhere between 4-12+ weeks for the item to reach you, depending on the specific item itself. Once again, a member of our sales team will check the availability for you upon ordering.
