Coilover Suspension Kits
Cusco’s coilover systems are meticulously engineered to provide superior handling and ride quality. They offer both twin-tube and mono-tube designs, each individually tuned for specific applications, ensuring optimal performance across various driving conditions.
Limited Slip Differentials (LSDs)
Cusco’s LSDs improve traction and handling by reducing wheel slip during acceleration and cornering. The Type MZ provides high initial torque for aggressive driving, while the Type RS offers smoother engagement with lower torque for street and track use. The Hybrid Type combines both, delivering balanced performance and minimal torque.
DRIVE TRAIN
Cusco’s clutch and drivetrain products are built for performance and reliability, featuring single and twin-plate clutches with lightweight, heat-resistant designs for smooth engagement and durability. Their lightweight flywheels enhance engine response, while LSDs like the Type RS, MZ, and Hybrid optimize traction and handling for various driving styles.
STRUT BRACE
Cusco’s strut tower braces reduce chassis flex, improving stability and suspension geometry during cornering for enhanced handling. Most models feature easy bolt-on installation, with optional quick-release levers for added convenience. Cusco’s braces deliver a more responsive and stable driving experience with their quality engineering.
CHASSIS & BODY BRACE
Cusco’s Chassis and Body Brace products are engineered to enhance vehicle rigidity, thereby improving handling and reducing body flex. These components are designed for easy installation, utilizing existing mounting points for a bolt-on application. By reinforcing key areas of the vehicle’s structure, Cusco’s braces contribute to a more responsive and stable driving experience.
ROLL CAGES
Cusco roll cages enhance vehicle rigidity and occupant safety for street and competitive use. Made from high-quality materials like cold-drawn seamless (CDS) steel or lightweight chromoly, they offer configurations from 4 to 15 points, with customizable designs for through-dash, escape-dash, and sunroof compatibility.
