It was a fantastic win at Snetterton for AWS Racing in the 1st race of the 2023 season at Snetterton.
Seasoned driver Andy Windmill, in his newly updated KAAZ Honda EP3, battled it all, from weather conditions and to especially stiff opposition, when he won the opening round of the CSCC Tin Tops series.
There was a full field of almost 40 cars, with the Puma Cup and RX8’s running in the same race. It was a very busy track, and the weather changed from dry to damp, then very wet conditions.
After an epic battle between Windmill in his EP3 and Danny Cassar in his Honda Integra, with Andy under huge pressure and a few sideways moments in the wet, he held on and gave the Kaaz and PFC equipped car a great winning start to the new season.
