ACTUATORS
Crafted in the UK from aerospace-grade aluminum with durable Nomex-reinforced diaphragms, Forge actuators are vehicle- and turbo-specific for precise performance. As pioneers in billet two-piece aluminum actuator design, Forge offers one of the most extensive replacement ranges, complete with tuning kits for long-term reliability.
BRAKE LINES
Forge Motorsport’s Hosetechnik brake lines are hand-crafted in the UK using Teflon-lined, stainless steel braided hoses with precision-machined fittings, offering enhanced durability and performance under pressure. Featuring a protective PVC sleeve available in multiple colors, these lines improve brake pedal response and resist expansion under load, outperforming standard rubber hoses.
HOSES
Forge produces premium silicone hoses renowned for their durability, heat resistance, and compatibility with modern coolants, including OAT types. Made from high-grade European silicone with reinforced Fluorosilicone linings, these hoses excel under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions. Designed for various applications like coolant, intake, and boost systems, Forge hoses come in vehicle-specific kits and multiple color options, combining performance with customization.
INTERCOOLERS
Forge intercoolers are hand-crafted in the UK for superior quality and fitment. Designed using advanced CAD flow simulation and motorsport expertise, their intercoolers feature efficient tube-and-fin or bar-and-plate cores with high-flow end tanks to reduce inlet temperatures and boost power. Most are direct OEM replacements requiring no modifications and come in raw aluminum or black anti-corrosion finishes.
INDUCTION KITS
